About Andrew
From the humble confines of my bedroom, I embarked on a journey to launch a software business. In the first 12 months, I generated just $17k in revenue and struggled to stay above the poverty line.
Fast forward a few years (and many lessons) my business is generating millions in annual revenue, has employed over 50 team members, collaborated with leaders in 30+ industries and delivered over 100+ bespoke software products.
Moonward
Moonward is my Digital Product Agency. A company that I first started at the age of 21, from my bedroom in New Zealand.
In my first 2 years, I ran the company as a one-man band, writing code at night and talking to Business Owners during the day.
In 2018, I made the shift over to Australia, hired our first employee, secured our first lease, and… well… failed, iterated, and improved.
With a sole focus on growth and improvement, I continued to scale the company at over 100% year on year for 5 years.
We now have a fully in-house team in a five-star office in the Brisbane CBD. Annually, we generate millions in revenue for ourselves and our clients. Perhaps most importantly, we have the privilege of working with some of Australia’s most innovative Businesses and Startups.

With almost a decade of experience in Business and Tech, I’ve spent thousands of hours consulting with large corporations, business owners, startups, and employees.
Throughout my journey, I've implemented systems across Sales, Human Resources, Contract Negotiation, Business Strategy, and much more.
Everything I share is based on my personal experiences, having 'been there and done it'.
