Without consistent cashflow a business simply isn’t able to grow. The biggest contributing factor to business growth is risk taking and albeit it sounds like an oxymoron; you can’t take risks without some form of financial certainty.
In the entrepreneurial world, it’s often said that if you don’t negotiate down to the last dollar and cent, you didn’t get a good deal. This isn't always the best approach.
